    Entries: Open to all breeds. All entries need entry form, coggins, flu/rhino certificate, liability release, and fees.  Entries must be submitted on jotform. Paypal: info@pawda.org.  Close of entry is October 20, 2025. Entries postmarked after October 20, 2025 are considered a post entry and will be charged a fee of $25 per horse.  No refunds after the close date for any reason. 

    Post close date class changes will be accomodated if possbile with associated $25 fee. 

    Release of liability forms for PAWDA must be signed and uploaded to show entry form or signed with show secretary upon arrival to show


    Awards: Ribbons will be awarded 1st through 6th place. 


    Western Dressage Tests: Current 2022 WDAA Western Dressage Tests will be used.  All rides will be in a large arena. (20x60)
     

    NO DOGS ALLOWED per facility rules


    Stalls: limited stabling available

    Refunds: 

    Refunds BEFORE closing date minus office fee. Refunds after closing date: No refunds will be given for any reason. No refunds will be
    given due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, accidents, or emergencies.


    Horse Health Requirements: All horses must present a current negative Coggins dated within 12 months of the show, Flu and Rhino vaccines within 6 months. Out of state horses need a CVI dated within 30 days of the show per PA state law. 


    Schooling: There will be no schooling in the show arena on the day of the show.  


    LIABILITY: You assume the risk of equine activities pursuant to Maryland Law. 


    INDEMNITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: All entries are accepted with the understanding that neither PAWDA,  WDAA, USEF, Blue Goose Stables, the Show, the Show Committee, nor any Show Official will be held responsible  for any loss, damage, or injury to any horse exhibited or any article of any kind. All horses shall be under the  control and direction of the Show Committee but solely at the risk of the exhibitor, who will be responsible for any  loss, damage or injury to any person, animal or property occasioned by him, and the exhibitor shall indemnify the  above mentioned parties against any and all loss, damages and liability thus occasioned, including, but not limited  to, any and all legal costs, including attorney fees, which may be incurred as a result thereof. Submitting any  entry form to the Show shall constitute an acceptance by each person signing the same of the provisions herein set  forth. 

    Show Rules: All classes will be conducted in accordance with the rules of USEF and WDAA. Judging, class specifications, rules and conduct shall be in accordance with the current USEF/EC Rulebook. All decisions made by the Judge and/or Show Management are final and cannot be protested. Show Management reserves the right to ask any exhibitor to leave the show grounds for any reason including but not limited to: unsportsmanlike conduct and animal cruelty. 


    Refusal of Entries: The Show Management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally or to cancel any  entries of any exhibitor.

    • Class Selection 
    • Riders may enter maximum of 4 rides per day. Rail classes (ex. equitation, suitability) is excluded from maximum limit of rides per WDAA rules. ex. a rider may enter up to 4 classes AND enter the equitation rail class. 

      Per WDAA rules "A Horse/Rider combination may enter no more than two consecutive levels, Freestyle levels included, at any one competition. Suitability, Hack and Equitation are excluded from the maximum limit of rides per day and horses in these classes may compete at any level for which they are otherwise eligible during the same
      competition."

    • Per WDAA rules "If a rider competes in Walk-Jog Western Dressage Seat Equitation on the Rail, they are prohibited from competing in any class involving a lope at the same competition"

      FOR ALL entries: PAWDA waiver, COGGINS (within 12 months), Flu/rhino (within 6 months) MUST be uploaded or emailed to info@pawda.org or provided on arrival to showgrounds

      Per Pennsylvania State Law, horses transported into the state of Pennsylvania require a certificate of veterinary inspection
