              Rental Time Options

              Morning Option: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
              Afternoon Option: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM



              Payment & Reservation

              • All rentals (full and half day) require a $200 security deposit (not applicable to club members).
              • All payments are subject to a 2.95% processing fee.
              • Payment must be made online via credit card through Square.
              • Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.


              Refunds & Cancellations

              • 30+ days before event:
                Full refund of rental fee and deposit, minus the 2.95% processing fee.
              • 14–29 days before event:
                Refunds will be considered at the discretion of the club.
              • Less than 14 days before event:
                No refund of rental fee or deposit.
              • Government-mandated shutdowns (state, county, or town):
                Full refund issued, minus the processing fee.

                Additional Notes
                All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.

            •  Access to Clubhouse

              The clubhouse is accessed via a lockbox system. The Rental Custodian will provide the lockbox code one hour prior to your event, provided that all rental fees and deposits have been paid in full.


              Damage & Liability Agreement

              By signing this agreement, I (we) acknowledge that we have fully read and understand the accompanying Schedule of Rules and Fees. I (we) agree that any costs incurred due to breakage, loss of equipment, or damage to the facility during the rental period will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
