  • Common Terms and Conditions:

    1) Standard Labor Rate $305.00 (4-hour Minimum)(Discount Available with Monthly Service Agreement)
    2) After 16:00 MT Labor Rate $337.50 (4-hour Minimum or hourly if 4-hour standard was charged)
    3) Travel Labor Rate $337.50 (4-hour Minimum)(Outside of KPVU)
    4) Travel After 16:00 MT $457.50 (4-hour Minimum or hourly if 4-hour travel rate was charged)(Outside of KPVU)
    5) The following also may apply: (a) Sales, use or excise taxes, or other similar government imposed taxes, duties and charges; (b) Charges for repairing Customer-furnished parts, materials or equipment determined to be unsuitable for their intended purpose; (c) Charges for fuel, oil, lubricants, insurance and flight crews required for ground or flight testing; (d) Handling fees for Skylink and Customer furnished parts and drop shipments equal to twenty percent (20%) margin of the current manufacturer list price; (e) Overtime charges approved by Customer; and (f) Freight charges.

    7) I understand the requested payment method is not guaranteed, and a late fee will be applied to this or future requests for support after 15 days, regardless of tail number. Credit Card on file will be charge when invoice is 1 days past due. 
    8) The person signing below, on behalf of the aircraft owner, hereby certifies that such person (a) has full power and authority on behalf of owner to sign and bind owner into the terms and conditions of this aircraft workorder authorization, and (b) has read, understands andhas no questions concerning the terms and conditionsand (c) agrees on behalf of the owner that such termsand conditions are part of this work order authorizationand apply to the work discussed in email, text or phone call conversations.

            Oxygen Service


            The system will be serviced with an oxygen booster according to the temperature chart displayed on the aircraft. System pressures will fluctuate with temperature. 


            System pressures below 1,000 PSI may require a bottle change charge of $75 (especially the Challenger aircraft).
