No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity or in the case of no show. Cancellations must be made online at
admin@bala.academy or text 0480595878.
A 20% Administration fee may apply.

The staff and coaches on site are authorised to act for parents and guardians, according to their best judgement, in any emergency requiring medical attention for any participant. Also, to the extent permitted by law, release B.A.L.A Academy and their authorised partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, damage or loss incurred while at camp.

Photographs and videos may be taken by staff or coaches during your activity for marketing purposes. A selection of these may be uploaded to our website, social media sites or for other marketing purposes and publications.
