Measurements Required: Below, you will need to provide the model's measurements, which will be used to select the designer outfit she will wear for the fashion show. Your outfit will be given to you AT CHECK-IN on DAY 1 of the National competition. 

*NEW THIS YEAR* Comp Cards:  Each model will receive a digital copy of their comp card. Once your entry has been received, you will be emailed detailed instructions about your comp card photos, including where to upload them. After your card has been designed, you will receive a digital copy for your records. Please bring one printed copy with you to the model workshop. Having a digital version will also make it easy to print additional copies for future auditions and go-sees.

NOTE: The model workshop is NOT open to contestants in the Baby Division. 

Entry into the model workshop is non-refundable. Once your registration is received, all required materials are purchased on your behalf. If you are unable to attend the workshop, these materials will be mailed to you.

A parent or guardian’s signature is required on the registration form for participants under 18. If you are 18 years of age or older, your signature is required.

All spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the workshop is sold out, no additional spots will be added.
