Important Event Information

This event is a holistic health and wellness expo featuring panel discussions, breakout workshops and vendor showcases focused on nourishing the mind, body and spirit. Vendors will have the opportunity to display and sell their products, engage with attendees, and participate in vendor spotlight sessions. Each vendor receives One (1) 6-foot table and Two (2) chairs. Vendors will be listed in the event program and mentioned in event promotions.

Vendor fee: $150 per vendor

Full Payment must be received no later than May 1, 2025.

Vendor Setup Time: 8AM-10AM

Breakdown Time: 2PM-4PM

Vendors arriving after 9:30AM may forfeit their vendor spot without a refund.
