Show will be from 10am-4pm

Set-up time is from 8am-10am

Tear-down after show is from 4pm-6pm

* NO EARLY TEAR DOWN- If you do need to leave early, please let the hosts know so that you will not be penalized for future shows. Thank you for your understanding. *

VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES AND CHAIRS! THERE WILL NOT BE ANY AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE (UNLESS A TABLE HAS BEEN REQUESTED)!

A business license is not required to attend this event, however all food vendors MUST have their food handlers card and any other required documentation.

This show is entirely indoor.

Prior to the show, an email will be sent to all vendors with a recap of this information as well as confirming their space number, size, and location.

Backwoods Heritage Events can not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items before, during, or after this event.

Cancellation Policy:

Backwoods Heritage Events does not offer refunds. We do, however, offer rain checks to vendors who provide notice of cancellation prior to the event which can be used toward a future event of the vendor's choosing. If you do need to cancel, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice so that we can plan and adjust accordingly.

We are doing something new this year for our vendors! We will be having an "ugly sweater" contest! We invite vendors to wear their best "ugly" holiday-themed sweater, t-shirt, sweat shirt, hoodie, vest, etc. Shoppers will be able to vote on their favorite, and the vendor with the most votes at the end of the show will win a $100 Visa gift card! (This is completely optional and not required to participate in the event.)*
