Beaches Notary and Apostille Service shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to third party errors, delays, and policy changes; natural disasters, Force Majeure, and unforseen circumstances and events beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of an event, and take steps to mitigate the impact of the event if possible, and may come at an additional cost to you.
