Terms and Conditions
I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely, understand the date and payment requirements, and confirm that the information I have provided is accurate. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable.
I understand that all monies must be paid in full by the final payment date of November 6th, 2026. If my balance remains unpaid after this date, I understand that I will forfeit my deposit and that a drum will be created for me. It will be my responsibility to arrange collection of the completed drum or to pay all applicable shipping costs to have the drum sent to me.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that all payments are non-refundable. If I have paid for the program in full and am subsequently unable to attend, I may arrange for another person to attend in my place. I understand that it is my responsibility to find a replacement participant and that the organizers are not responsible for filling or reselling my place.
If I am unable to attend and cannot find someone to attend in my place, a drum will be created for me. The completed drum will be shipped to me at the organizers’ expense to an address within Australia only. If shipping outside Australia is required, I will be responsible for all associated international shipping costs. No refund, whether full or partial, will be issued in place of receiving the completed drum.
I understand and acknowledge that I will be participating in a ceremonial drum-making program, that ceremony forms an integral part of the experience, and that drums will be played during the program. I accept responsibility for my own health and wellbeing while participating and acknowledge that I am physically and otherwise fit to attend and participate in this program. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant limitations or concerns that may affect my ability to participate safely.
By submitting my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including the cancellation and no-refund policy, and accept responsibility for my participation in the program.
