Release: Submission of this form releases Friends of Collier Park & Collier Park Logging Museum and its officers, agents and volunteers from any and all claims from injuries, damage, or loss during the event on May 16, 2026. You agree that you and any passengers are voluntarily taking part in the event and as a result will assume all responsibility for yourself, passengers, and property. By submitting this form, you are stating that you fully understand the above statement and are releasing Friends of Collier Park & Collier Park Logging Museum, its officers, agents and volunteers from any and all responsibility.
