    2026 Gold, Silver, Bronze Award and Adult Award Recipients: Please use this form to RSVP for Honoring Excellence on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the Armory Event Center in Moorhead, MN.

  • Gold Award Girl Scouts

  • Council provides a hotel room in Fargo for each Gold Award Girl Scout for Saturday, June 13. Will you need a hotel reservation?*
  • Gold Award Girl Scouts are invited to attend a Gold Award Luncheon prior to the ceremony at 11AM. Will you be attending the Gold Award Luncheon?*

  • We're sorry you won't be able to join us at Honoring Excellence! Your award will be sent to your service unit for presentation — keep an eye out for updates from them. If they're unable to present it, we'll mail it directly to you.

    With your RSVP you will recieve the following:

    • Gold Award Girl Scouts receive 3 tickets total — 1 for themselves and 2 for guests.
    • Silver, Bronze, and Adult Award recipients receive 2 tickets total — 1 for themselves and 1 for a guest.

    Additional tickets can be purchased for $10 each on the Honoring Excellence page on our website. 

    Please note:

    • No physical tickets are mailed. Your RSVP and purchase confirmation emails serve as your ticket.
    • If possible, please plan for your group to check in together.
    • Seating is not assigned at the event.
    • A section is reserved specifically for Gold Award Girl Scouts.

  • Special Girl Scout cookie based desserts will be served. Does your award recipient have any food allergies to be aware of?

  • You may pre-order flowers to pick up at the event. Cost is $5 per rose.
