As former daycare founders and operators, Zaure and Chris wanted to have Montessori method to be taught in their daycare centers. So they developed a Montessori teacher training that fits the needs and realities of Daycare owners!

ODM Annual Subscription is all inclusive: your whole team will take the training and learn the Montessori method together. Online courses with weekly zoom calls provide understanding of Montessori, inspire teachers, and build positive organizational culture. Perfect for professional development.
What Is Included 🎉

In your annual subscription you and all your staff get ongoing access to all five online modules: Onboarding, Child Development, Music and Montessori, Mindful Adult, Nurturing Beginnings. You will also receive access passes for up to 3 teachers to join Immersive and Practice retreats. Your subscription is valid for one year starting the day you sign the agreement. Online modules and retreats run on a quarterly basis. Additionally, the Onboarding module runs every quarter allowing your new incoming teachers and assistants to learn Montessori working within the first weeks of employment.
In person retreats ✨

ODM offers in person training every quarter. In January, April, June, August and November students and facilitators gather together to practice Montessori curriculum and lesson planning. They also dedicate this time to integrate the knowledge and skills learned during online modules.
