Dancer Terms and Conditions
1. All training sessions and performances are mandatory, and any absences must be communicated to the choreographer at the earliest opportunity. Communication regarding absences should occur through the KUD Razigrana Makedonka chat; private messages to the choreographer are not permitted.
2. Where possible, travel fees for interstate travel will be covered by KUD Razigrana Makedonka, subject to budget.
3. Dancers and/or parents/guardian are expected to donate time as a volunteer, lottery gifts, or money/food/drink donations. This is to help with our fundraising efforts and the running of our functions.

4. Registration fees to paid in full upon registration, or an alternative payment plan may be established, with the requirement that the full amount is settled by June 30, 2026 *Any outstanding fees from the 2025 calendar year must be paid in full by the registration date to enable 2026 registration.
5. The registration fee is the same for all dancers regardless of when they join. No pro rata fees for late registrations.
6. If registration fees are unable to be paid upfront and in full upon registration you must contact the president/treasurer to organise a payment plan and settle full amount by June 30, 2026.
7. If the relevant fees are not paid in full or the registration form is not accurately completed the dancer will not be permitted to attend practice or performances until these issues are rectified.
8. If you fail to provide a valid email address or mobile number then it will be your responsibility to check the official website or Facebook page regularly for updates.
9. Volunteers attending overnight trips will be required to provide to the KUD Razigrana Makedonka committee with their Working With Children Check details. Checks can be obtained free of charge at https://www.kidsguardian.nsw.gov.au/child-safe-organisations/working-with-children-check
10. KUD Razigrana Makedonka may take photographs and video recordings during training, performances, and events. By registering, dancers and parents/guardians consent to images and videos being used for promotional purposes, including on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other marketing materials. If you do not agree, please email kudrazigranamakedonka@gmail.com

Annual Registration Fee
$310.00 per dancer.
The total annual fee must be paid in full upon registration, or an alternative payment plan may be established, with the requirement that the full amount is settled by June 30, 2026. *The modification of the annual registration payment options is attributed to members’ inability to complete their registration paperwork and that members fail to make registration payments promptly.
To have your payment arrangement considered, please submit your request to kudrazigranamakedonka@gmail.com, where a written agreement will be established.
Failure to adhere to the specified payment options will lead to.
- The dancer not permitted to attend practice or performances.
If you have a NSW Active/Creative kids voucher please send it through to kudrazigranamakedonka@gmail.com before making a payment.

The annual registration fee is used to cover costs for:
- Choreographer fees
- Insurance for the Dancer
- The end of year presentation event
- Contribution to cover the cost of any interstate travel
- Contribution to both hall hire and independent events held by KUD Razigrana Makedonka
- Paypal Transactions Fee
