Thank you for choosing our pet waste removal service! Before using our service, please carefully review the following terms of service, which constitute a legal agreement between you and our company. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Super Pet Scoopers offers dog waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include the collection, removal, and proper disposal of pet waste.
2. Scheduling and Access
*Weekly, Bi-weekly.
*Once a month, once every two months.
*One-time cleanups for special occasions.
- Access: Clients must provide access to the areas requiring service. This may include providing gate codes or making arrangements for pets to be confined during service times.
3. Client Responsibilities
-Pet Confinement: Clients must ensure that pets are confined or supervised during the time of service to ensure the safety of our staff.
-I do require customers to be home, as long as your pets are confined during service times or I can work around pets provided they're socialized.
- Clear Access: Ensure the service area is free from hazards and that gates are unlocked or accessible.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the job. We accept cash, check, debit cards, credit cards, Venmo and Cash App.
-Fixed Pricing: Service prices are based on the frequency of service and the quantity of 5-gallon bucket/bags.
*Grass or dirt yards fixed rate price of $20 per 5-gallon bucket/bag of waste removed, including each additional 5-gallon bucket/bag.
*Gravel Rock and Tall Thick Grass Yards fixed rate Pricing: $20 per 5-gallon bucket/bag of waste removed, including each additional 5-gallon bucket/bag.
*Mulch Yard fixed rate Pricing: $25 per 5-gallon bucket/bag of waste removed, including each additional 5-gallon bucket/bag.
*Waste Hauling Fee: $20.00, WAIVED if you dispose of the waste in your own trash bin.
*Gas Fee: $5.00 surcharge for service locations 8 to 15 miles away.
5. Deposit
-If no one is present at the property to pay upon completion of the dog waste removal service, a $21 deposit will be required before I begin. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
6. Waste Hauling Fee
-Waste Hauling Fee: $20.00, WAIVED if you dispose of the waste in your own trash bin.
7. Service Modifications and Cancellations
-Modifications: Clients may modify their service schedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
-Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of $0.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
-We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.
9. Liability and Indemnification
- Damage: We are not responsible for damage to property caused by normal service activities, such as wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to guarantee and hold harmless Super Pet Scoopers, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.
10. Privacy Policy
-We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
-We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
