These Terms & Conditions are between BC Distilled Media, Ltd. operating as Canadian Whisky Awards ("CWA") and the registering company ("Registrant")
- The Registrant agrees to send at least 750ml for each spirit entered, and that each entry becomes the property of CWA and will not be returned.
- CWA accepts no liability for any products damaged or lost during delivery and may request a replacement at the Registrant's expense.
- If an entry or entries do not arrive by the deadline, they may not be judged, and no refund will be issued.
- Awards and medals will be granted on a merit basis. No awards or medals will be granted when an entry does not meet the minimum standards set by CWA.
- All entries must meet the standards outlined in our Submission Guidelines. If an entry is determined to not meet these standards medals and/or awards can be withdrawn and any time.
- CWA reserves the right to modify the categories, or change the category of an entry at its own discretion and without notice.
- All whiskies must be sent in final consumer packaging.
- We welcome entries from the USA and other countries, but producers must have them shipped from within Canada. We cannot accept international shipments. It is the Registrant's responsibility to get the whisky into Canada before sending it to us.
- The Registrant understands that entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
