    2. Age Eligibility & Enrollment Information: To ensure a safe, focused, and developmentally appropriate experience for all participants, our camp is designed for athletes ages 10–15. Athletes must be 10 years old by July 1, 2026 to participate in the skills camp.

    While we’re unable to offer age exceptions, this policy allows us to maintain appropriate supervision, instructional quality, and program integrity. Enrollment is limited to ensure high-quality instruction and meaningful individual attention.

    3. Refunds and Changes: Hoopers Academy will not issue refunds after May 1st 2026. Changes to registrations cannot be made after June 1st 2026. 

    4. No Retroactive Application: The discount is not retroactive. If a registrant cancels or alters their registration after confirming their participation, any subsequent re-registration will be subject to the standard camp pricing, and they will not be entitled to the Early Access discount.

    At Hoopers Academy, your daughter’s confidence, self-esteem, physical growth, player growth, mental health, and social development are prioritized through instruction and play.

    Hoopers Academy will provide each participant with one camp t-shirt. Once received, all campers must wear their Hoopers Academy t-shirt to camp each day. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1, 2026 (no exceptions).

    I, the parent/guardian of the participant, hereby give my permission for my child to participate in the basketball skills summer camp program offered by Hoopers Academy at the Storm King School. To the best of my knowledge, my child is physically fit and able to participate in these activities. I understand that there are inherent risks involved in any physical activity, and I agree to assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to my daughter or myself as a result of her participation. I also agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Hoopers Academy, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claim arising out of any injury to my child(ren), whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. I understand and assume all risks and hazards associated with participation in these activities, including the transportation to and from the activities, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless to the extent permitted by law, the Storm King School, organizers, sponsors, participants, and all persons and companies providing such activities and transporting my child(ren) to or from activities, from any claim arising out of any injury to my child(ren), whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. In the case of a medical emergency, I authorize the Hoopers Academy camp representatives to seek medical treatment for my child at the nearest medical facility and they may call paramedics and discharge my child to an ambulance if I am not able to authorize it at the time of the medical emergency.
