This is a Council-wide event to honor all volunteers in Adventure West Council, including those that have held a leadership position at the Council level in 2025.      

We will be awarding the Silver Beaver to selected nominees.This is the highest award a Council can bestow on a registered volunteer for council level service in Scouting.
We will also present the North Star on the behalf of the National Court of Honor for non-registered volunteers who have made a significant contribution to Scouting.

Nomination forms should be sumbitted to Jeanene in the Greeley office no later than January 31st, 2026 in order to be considered by the nominating committees in a timely maner.

We will also be recognizing those volunteers that have earned training awards and other council level awards.

We will celebrate the 2025 class of Eagle Scouts and many other top achievers in our Council. Eagle Scouts who attend will receive a special patch that can be worn on their uniform.

The event will begin with check-in from 11:00 – 11:30 AM. The program will begin at 11:45 a.m. with lunch and awards ceremony following. All Council Committee Chairs, District Key 3’s, Silver Beavers, award recipients and anyone else that wants to celebrate our volunteers is encouraged to attend. There is limited space so get your registration in early!

Early Bird Price: $40.00 per person until March 28th
Regular Price: $50.00 per person until April 6th. Registration Closes April 6th.
