GENERAL DISPOSITION. The body in charge of the interpretation and execution of these regulations will be the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee will have the broad power to resolve cases not provided for in these regulations. REFUND POLICY: There is no refund for any cause or circumstance. If for any reason the case arises and the organizing committee decides so, credit could be given to participate in the next event, but it is not a guarantee.
