First-time attendees who submit their deposit by January 31, will receive our Early Booking Bonus of $100 per person off your total balance.

- Participant Liability And Assumption Of Risk Statement
  
  By registering for and participating in the 2nd Annual Vibe Black Experience (the “Event”), hosted by Vibe Black Vodka and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, specifically, Hyatt Centric, Playa Del Carmen, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
  
  Assumption of Risk
  Participation in the Event, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, activities, excursions, and consumption of alcohol, involves inherent risks that could result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen consequences. Participant assumes all risks associated with participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence, third parties, or other factors.
  
  Release of Liability
  Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Vibe Black Vodka, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, its affiliates, sponsors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Event.
  This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  
  Medical Treatment
  Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. Participant assumes full responsibility for all associated medical costs.
  
  Personal Responsibility
  Participant agrees to abide by all Event rules, local laws, and any instructions provided by Event organizers. Participant acknowledges responsibility for their own actions and behavior and agrees to exercise caution and good judgment throughout the Event.
  
  Alcohol Consumption
  Participant understands that the Event involves the consumption of alcohol. Participant agrees to consume alcohol responsibly and assumes all risks associated with its consumption. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from alcohol-related incidents.
  
  Indemnification
  Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, or damages arising from their participation in the Event, including attorney’s fees and costs incurred in defense of such claims.
  
  Photo and Media Release
  Participant grants permission to Vibe Black Vodka to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
  
  Governing Law
  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and Mexico.
