    A truly sustainable meditation practice should be one that supports you in all aspects of your life. In these classes, you'll learn techniques to find peace, stay grounded, and fully enjoy each moment whether you're on your meditation cushion or doing your day-to-day. 

    Available in-person and online, no experience needed!

    *This class is a complete series from first to last class. If you sign up after the first class has past, expect to join us for the following months' series!

    **If interested in Intro to Kashmir Shaivism, which is a pre-req. for attending our Monday Night Community Night and our In-Depth Meditation classes, one will be offered after the conclusion of this 4-week series
