Hold Harmless Agreement – Goat/Farm Yoga
I agree to hold Burke-Catapano Dairy Farm, Inc. and Peconic Park Properties, LLC, and their officers, employees and assigns harmless while on their premises at “Catapano Dairy Farm,” 33705 County Rd 48, Peconic, NY 11958. I understand that the Premises is a working dairy farm with goats and other animals on the Premises and there are inherent dangers and risks when dealing with animals and being on a working farm, including participating in yoga outdoors on uneven ground and interacting with goats. I agree that I am in good health and am physically able to participate in yoga. I understand the risks of both participating in yoga and interacting with animals and agree that I will not sue or otherwise seek compensation for any injury I may sustain while on the Premises as a result of negligence, animal behavior, any other unintentional occurrence, or a third party’s conduct.
Hold Harmless Agreement – Goat Cuddling
I agree to hold Burke-Catapano Dairy Farm, Inc. and Peconic Park Properties, LLC , and their officers, employees and assigns harmless while on their premises at 33705 County Rd 48, Peconic, NY 11958. I understand that the Premises is a working dairy farm with goats and other animals on the Premises and there are inherent dangers and risks when dealing with animals and being on a working farm, including participating in goat cuddling and interacting with goats. I agree that I am in charge of supervising any minors who are attending the goat cuddling session with as their legal guardian or responsible adult and I am signing on their behalf as well. I understand the risks of both participating in goat cuddling and interacting with farm animals and agree that I will not sue or otherwise seek compensation for any injury I may sustain while on the Premises as a result of negligence, animal behavior, any other unintentional occurrence or the actions or conduct of a third party.
