    Thank you for your interest in the PENNSYLVANIA KRAMPUSNACHT, formerly the Black Forest Krampusnacht. We are currently accepting vendors with handcrafted, upcycled, theme appropriate and unique items. We do not accept MLM or direct sales vendors. Only CRAFT FOOD (prepackaged, prepared off site) vendors can be accepted through this application. Hot/prepared food vendors may apply by contacting blackrockeventsco@gmail.com/

    ***SPACES AVAILABLE***

    INDOOR SPACES

    Indoor BALLROOM spaces are available and are approximately 10x10. You will need to provide your own tables, chairs and all display equipment. Electricity is not available. Friday night set up is permitted and times will be announced closer to the event.

    8Ft TABLE SPACES are provided in the VINEYARD room. Tables and chairs are provided. PLEASE NOTE: these spaces are restricted to the tables provided and DO NOT allow for additional equipment such as racks, shelves or other large displays.


    OUTDOOR SPACES

    Outdoor spaces are 10x10 and are on gravel. Tents must be staked and/or weighted. We reccomend extra long weights as the grabel bed is deeper than usual. You provide your tent, tables, chairs and any other needs you may have. There is lighting outside but solar or battery operated lighting is reccomended for inside you booth.

     

    ***ENTRY***

    Each vendor space comes with asmission for TWO. Discounted admission is offered to vendors and available as an add-on in this form.  12 and under is free.


    ***RAIN DATES***

    Activation of the inclement weather date will be announced 24 hours prior to the event if needed. 

     

    ***FOOD VENDORS***

    CRAFT FOOD vendors are required to submit a copy of your licensing and insurance information with your application. If you are unlicensed, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get the appropriate licenses to become compliant with the PA Department of Agriculture. You will also need to provide a certificate of insurance naming both Black Rock Events as second insured. Please contact us at blackrockeventsco@gmail.com to get the needed information.  

     

    All registrations are final. There are no refunds or transfers on vending fees. By submitting this application you agree to release all liability to Keystone Gold International LLC and Black Rock Events. You also agree to assume all liabilities for your own actions and set up as well as any harm or damages that may occur.

    This year we're offering the opportunity to become a vendor sponsor. By becoming a vendor sponsor you help to insure a fantastic event. Sponsorships are used for things like additional advertising, printing, the best in entertainment, additional activities and more! When you become a vendor sponsor you not only benefit the event but we make sure you have a fantastic event as well.

    ***RAFFLE DONOR***

    Become a raffle donor and have your business named on stage while supporting the young artists of the Keystone Arts collective. Black Rock Events will once again be sponsoring one young artist with a membership to the Keystone Arts Collective complete with their own solo art show in 2026. 

     

    ***ENTER THE TENT/TABLE DECORATING CONTEST***

    We're looking to really bring that authentic Krampus, eastern european vibe to the event this year. Enter the booth decorating contest and deck out your spot! Impress our judges and win a FREE 10x10 vending space (or equivalent) for the 2026 Krampusnacht!

    ***VENDOR SHOWCASE***

    We do our best to showcase vendors with each event but this gets difficult with so many vendors and such few staff. You are encouraged to post to the event and promote your business. You know your products best and can showcase them better than anyone.
