Agreement
As a member of The Resource Center @ AIA St. Louis, you agree to meet the following criteria.
- Participate in sponsorship of AIA St. Louis events.
- Collaborate only with fellow active TRC Members for sponsorship events.
- Pay all future invoices in a timely manner.
- Provide a thirty-day (30) notice prior to a one-time change of product for active membership during the year.
  - Discontinued products are exempt from this rule and can be changed without counting as the '"one-time" change.
- Provide a sixty-day (60) notice prior to terminating TRC Membership/renewals.
- Adhere to space usage rules:
  - Agree to secure and keep space clean and orderly afer use.
  - Agree to be liable for any damages incurred while using the space.
  - Understand the space is available on a first-come/first-serve basis.

We would prefer you pay for your dues by credit card but we can also accept checks for TRC dues payments. Checks are to be made payable to: The Resource Center at AIA St. Louis, and can be mailed to 911 Washington Ave., Ste. 100, St. Louis, MO 63101.

Invoice can also be provided upon request. Please contact the AIA St. Louis office if you require an invoice for your dues payment.
