To advertise with Shepherd Sports, this form must be completed, signed, and submitted and payment received by October 15 of each year to be included in the upcoming issue.

Advertisements will not be accepted without a signed contract and full payment, both of which are required at the time of ad booking. Final advertisement materials must be submitted by November 15 to shepherd.sports.media@gmail.com.
