To apply for any of our Preschool, Young Fives or Kindergarten classes and Extended Care, please complete this form.

If you need to apply for more than one child, you will need to complete the form again.

The application fee for a class is $55. The application fee for a class and Extended Care is $80. Payment is due upon submission.

You will recieve email communication confirming your child's schedule.

A birth certificate is required for all NEW students to LCS. Please upload a PDF or .jpg file of your child's birth certificate. If your child is currently a student at Legacy Christian, you may skip this step.

The application fee for a class is $55. The application fee for a class and Extended Care is $80. Payment is due upon submission. This fee will be applied to your tuition for the 25-26 school year however there is a $5 administrative fee.
