HKC Individual/Dual Registration 

This application is designed for the registration of canines, regardless of whether their parentage is known or unknown. The HKC is committed to the belief that every dog should have a distinct identity. Those who are already registered with an accepted or recognized foreign registry, copies of current pedigree or foreign regisry paperwork is required, allowing for their registration in an additional registry. For optimal use, it is recommended to access this application via a laptop, computer, or tablet, and it is intended for the registration of (1) one dog per application. Payments must be made in U.S. currency.

I apply to the Heritage Kennel Club to have a certified Heritage Pedigree issued in my name. I certify that I own the dog listed on this application and have authority to submit this application in my name. By submitting this application, I acknowledge that if spayed/neutured is selected on this application it will grant me a certified Limited Registration certificate. I agree to adhere to all Rules, Policies, and Standards set forth by the Heritage Kennel Club (HKC), which reserves the right to modify or revoke the registration of this dog for justifiable reasons. I understand that registration is not guaranteed, processing fees are nonrefundable, and may change without notice. Once submitted, this application becomes the property of the HKC, and applications will be processed in the order received after payment clearance, which must be made in U.S. currency.
