This application form is vendors wishing to sell food and beverages, snack and treats at our 2025-2026 events.

Please fill out carefully and submit payment for your application to be processed. If your application form is rejected you will be refunded within 48hrs.

Allow 3-5 days for your application to be processed.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
In the event that an Act Of God, Force Majeure or Covid-19 related event cancels our event, the event will be rescheduled to a later date and you will receive a credit for a redo. No refunds will be issued.*

Vendors are not allowed to bring any pets at any of our events. Service dogs are the only exception and proof needs to be provided 2 weeks prior to event.*

For events at the Bentway, and The Great Hall: These venues don't allow open flame cooking, no use of butane or propane unless with a food truck.*

For outdoor events: If registering a 10x10 booth at an outdoor event booth and using a canopy/tent, you are required to use 40lbs for each leg of your canopy to weigh it down for safety.*

Cancellation fee and terms and conditions: Your registration fee includes a $120 application processing fee which is non refundable. Therefore if you chose to cancel your registration 90 + days to the event, you will be refunded your booth fee minutes $120. Cancellations less than 90 days to event are non refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.*
