December 13, 2025 SATURDAY 3:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Check-in (Enter Door #51, Performing Arts Entrance) 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Rehearsal at Avon High School 6:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. Eat Dinner (pizza and drinks) 6:30 p.m.-7:15 p.m. Final Dress Rehearsal (shirts provided) 7:30 p.m. Varsity Game Starts (parents must purchase tickets, link will be emailed closer to game day) 8:00 p.m. (approximately) Perform during halftime of varsity basketball game 8:15 p.m. (approximately) Student Pick Up (in orchestra room by Door #51)
