    Location: True Vine Community Church, 5715 North 33rd Street, Tacoma, WA 98407

  • This year, we are offering two vendor space options:

    • Standard Vendor Space | $50: Space for one 6-foot table or clothing rack.
    • Extended Vendor Space | $75: Space for two 6-foot tables or a combination of a table and clothing rack.

    Registration Deadline: Wednesday, November 18th

    Vendors must remain within their assigned space unless additional space has been approved in advance.

  • Vendor Details & Event Day Prep

    Here’s what you need to know to prepare for the day:

    Set-Up Window: Friday, November 20, 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM 

    • Set-up must be fully completed by 5:15 PM.
    • Staff will be available to assist and direct you upon arrival.

     As a vendor, you have the opportunity to decorate your tables with Christmas decor.
