HPLS in conjunction with Netley functions and with support from the SPCTF, are hosting 2 kids Christmas parties at Victoria House with a choice of 2 sessions on one day.
- Sunday 21st December 10am until midday
- Sunday 21st December 1pm until 3pm
Both parties are the same, you choose which one below and purchase tickets as appropriate. Book early as both parties are likely to sell out.
All children receive a gift from Santa after he arrives from the North Pole on the roof of Netley PHQ and comes down to visit all the kids. All tickets will be allocated a seat at a table. Kids will be supplied with table activities, snacks and soft drinks.
Adults can have as much tea, coffee and biscuits as they need. The bar will also be open.
Crazy M will be entertaining the kids throughout the 2 hours, so they will be kept busy and activity packs will also be provided on the tables.
Children of all ages are welcome, however we would say that the event is designed with kids in mind of ages between 3 and 10. It is up to you if your bring younger or older kids of course.
Please inform us below if your child has any allergies or intolerances.
The majority of the cost of putting these parties on is being paid by HPLS and the SPCTF. We are just asking for a small contribution of only £5 per child and £5 per adult. Max 5 tickets per family. Max 2 adults per family.
Pricing - In previous years these parties have been priced at £25 a family regardless of how many attending which we didn't think was fair on smaller families. We need to ensure every child and adult supervising their kids have a seat at the tables. The events are costing over £2,800 to put on. HPLS are subsidising this by £1,400 and the SPCTF by £800. The actual cost for each child in presents, snacks, activities and entertainment is over £15pp. We are therefore asking for a small contribution from all those attending to make up the remainder of the costs. We could have asked for £15 per child and free for adults, however we could not control adult numbers and run the risk of adults taking the places of kids who then would be missing out. If you object to being asked for an adult ticket then please do not request tickets. We are trying to be as fair as possible in managing these parties for the kids. A small charge for adults is the normal case at most other Christmas kids events including grottos and they do this for similar reasons we are doing so.
