PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION:
The deadline for applications is Friday, November 14th, or whenever spaces fill up, whichever comes first. However, the sooner you reserve your booth, the better chance of being approved, better chance of receiving your preferred placement, as well as the more publicity you will receive in The Journal Sentinel newspaper and other promotions of the event.
Set-up may begin at 3 PM on the day of the event as soon as Barnard St. is closed to through traffic. All items MUST stay out of the road until that time, NO exceptions. Booths and all items may only come 2 feet in front of the parking space line at any time during the event to allow for parade and festival traffic.
Roads will re-open promptly at 8 PM. All items must be picked up and off the road before that time, including ALL trash. Failure to pick up trash and leave your booth area as you found it may jeopardize your chances to participate in future events.
All that is provided is your booth space, no electricity or lighting (besides street lights). If you require electricity and/or additional lighting, you may bring a SMALL, QUIET generator to use behind your booth. If bringing a generator, please notate that in the "Notes" section above.
Once you have completed all information and payment, please click "Submit" below. The Glennville Chamber will receive a copy, as well as you should receive a receipt and copy of your form.
Thank you for your participation and support!!
