By submitting this form, you agree and accept that the personalised Human Design books will be created based on the information provided. Please ensure that all details, including birth data, are correct before submitting your order. We understand that birth times may not always be entirely accurate; however, an accurate reading will be correct provided it falls within a +/- 2-hour window.

Please note that once the book template has been sent to the manufacturer, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Each physical book is custom-made, and any incorrect information submitted at the time of order is the responsibility of the customer.

Before submitting your order, we kindly ask that you double-check all information for accuracy.

We aim for all orders to be processed within 72 hours of submission and sent for production. We will email you to let you know your book has been shipped and give you an estimated arrival date. Shipping times vary depending on your location and can take up to 10 business days.
