The meetings will take place in-person at my office: 343 Manville Rd, Pleasantville, NY

The workshops will offer a balance of education and guided discussion so you can learn and feel supported. While each session has a theme, the content will also be driven by the need and questions of you, the participants.

You will receive a recording of a guided meditation to keep you connected and grounded to the concept we discussed that week.
