Individual portraits
IMPORTANT INFORMATION--PLEASE READ!

Portraits are taken against a solid backdrop, and this is the standard background. However, most of the examples feature a show-themed background and some show a stylized year logo. You may choose these options later on the "Add-on options" page to swap the background for a show-themed background, add a stylized year logo, or add retouching. This page will pop up later in the form if you selected at least one individual package option A-N.

The appointment scheduler will appear at the end of the form after you have selected your individual portrait package.

Buttons-Set of 3

Buttons help families connect with the directors, students, and other families. Tip for new families: if you're lost, ask someone who has multiple buttons from different years on their volunteer lanyard.
Buttons are shown with both the standard solid background and the show-themed background. You will be able to choose a background swap for all your products later in the form. The name you put on the form is the name that will appear on the button.

The following product is a three pack of buttons. If you only want one or two buttons, you can purchase those as add-ons later in the form if you purchase another package.

Add-on options are available to those who purchase any package A through N. If you order from the add-on menu but deselect your individual portrait package, your add-ons will be canceled as well.

These are time slots, so there will be multiple people in the same window. Please check in at the uniform area promptly at the appointment time (change from previous years). Change in to your uniform, grab your instrument if you want it, and proceed to the portrait room. Because we need to clear the portrait area on time, we have committed to remaining on schedule, and if you are late, you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

The portrait room on both days is the auditorium. Please enter through the backstage doors.

The appointment scheduler below has arrows to move between dates.

I encourage people to sign up on September 23, because it gives you the opportunity to reschedule on September 30 if there is a sudden conflict, such as illness.

Please note that if you order buttons, the name will appear exactly as you type it here, so please pay extra attention to spelling and capitalization. If the name is very long, the letter size will be reduced to make it fit, which may affect legibility.

Also discuss with your student whether they are comfortable with the form of their name you use.

If you would like a sibling portrait, please enter all the first names in the first name box separated by a hyphen (-). If you would like both sibling portraits and individual portraits, please enter a separate order for each individual student and the combined photo.
