Camping Information
Base Camp: Base Camp opens at noon on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. It is located at the corner of San Bernardino Rd (aka County Line Rd) and Springer St.(double electrical pole line along the road), southeast of Ridgecrest, California. It is the site of the Valley Riders Equestrian Center and is currently undeveloped so camping is primitive (no electricity). There are accommodations, grocery stores and gas close by. Potable water will be provided. Porta Potties will be available. Base camp is at 2,500 feet.
You will be required to sign a release of Liability at the ride when you pick up your rider packet.

Discounts:

Juniors (under 16) and Young Riders (16-21) get a Discount. If you are a junior or Young Rider on the AERC 30 or 50 (NOT the Intro ride.) your ride price for the 30 or 50 is $90. At checkout time, for each day, select one of two coupons for the discount based on the ride you are doing. It will deduct the discount from the cart total and make your ride $90. (It is a capital "D")

If you ride all three days you get a $50 discount.

Ride Fees: Please select your ride for each day below to check out. Be sure to select AERC Non-Member fee for each day if you are not a Member of the AERC. (American Endurance Ride Conference) You do NOT need to be a member of the AERC for the Intro Ride; you don't need to pay this fee if you are riding the Intro ride.

After you submit your entry, please look for the confirmation note on the page by scrolling up. If you do not see anything, please drop me a note and I'll confirm your entry.
