By purchasing tickets and/or attending the Kinetic Bridges Academy Fall Carnival, I, on behalf of myself and any minors in my care, hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Kinetic Bridges, its administrators, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in any activities or use of any facilities, including but not limited to, inflatables, hay rides, and other carnival attractions, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that participation in Carnival activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, property damage, or loss that may occur. Furthermore, I acknowledge that third-party vendors may be present at the event and agree that Kinetic Bridges is not responsible for the actions or omissions of these vendors.
