Terms and conditions:
Camp Rules and Regulations: • All campers must register name upon Arrival. • To listen to the instructions of the Camp Coordinators at all times. • In case of EMERGENCY follow the Instructions of the coordinators or the fire warden and gather at the place instructed. • Clothing to be according to the Islamic etiquette. • No foul language to be used. • Show respect to the young ones and to your elders • Any form of bullying will absolutely not be tolerated. • Fair Play in all sports. • All campers to stay within camp boundary at all times. • All children under 13 to be supervised by guardians at all times. • Anyone requiring to leave the camp grounds to get permission from either Shaykh. Anwar or Muntazeem • No music. • No Smoking at all times. • It is recommended that kids with guardians leave their mobile phone at home. • Mobiles to only be used in emergency. • Notify team leaders if you need any form of help. • Any Disciplinary action will be upheld by Shaykh Anwar, Shaykh Asrar and Brother Rafiq. • Eating and drinking in rooms is strictly prohibited. • Campers will be liable for any damages caused to property due to their negligence. • Bed time from 11.00pm. • No one should be outside after this time unless to use bathroom facilities. • No one should leave the camp boundary without permission. • No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping and the burning of incense are not permitted at anytime within the camp’s grounds. • Campfires: A brazier is provided on request. This must be used in the designated campfire area (safety permitting) and appropriate wood must be provided for it. Permission to use it will be withdrawn if your group’s use of the campfire area becomes irresponsible or dangerous. • Noise: Noise must be reduced to an appropriate level after 11pm. • MaDresses: Please do not remove maDresses from the bunks or beds. You will be charged for any damage. • Drugs, firearms, gambling: Drug taking, possession of firearms and gambling are prohibited.This includes air rifles, BB guns and paintball guns. • No campers are permitted to bring any stoves or gas burners to camping ground. This is strictly prohibited. • Any person found breaking the rules will be deregistered from camp IMMEDIATELY Camp Registrations/Room Allocations: • Registration are to be made on the masjid registration form. • No verbal or text registrations will be accepted. • Registrations and Room Alloca.on is not confirmed until payment is received by 1st January. • Registrations will be canceled after 01 January if payment is not received. • Space will be allocated to next available camper. • Guardians must be clearly stated for each child under 13 plus, A signed letter from the parent nominating the appropriate guardian. • Rooms are allocated keeping in mind that children under 13 are in the same rooms as parent/guardians. • Youths 14yrs plus can be allocated to different rooms depending on space availability. • All guardians must clearly be stated in the registration form. • We will not entertain any last minute changes to allocated Rooms on camp day. (unless it’s an emergency) KITCHEN RULES: *All food and drinks provided by Masjid At-taqwa* • Only authorized masjid At-taqwa kitchen crew are permitted in the kitchen. • All campers must stay away from the kitchen, unless otherwise asked by the kitchen team for assistance. • Under no circumstances are campers allowed to cook in the kitchen or anywhere on the camping grounds. ****Absolutely no exception to the rules will be entertained**** ***IMPORTANT*** • Any day Visitors must report to camp coordinators to be registered for the day. • First aid and medical advise available.
