You can book Breakfast Club using this form. Payment will need to be made via stripe or Childcare vouchers at the end of the form.

Our club at Oaksey CofE Primary School runs from Monday to Friday during term time:

Timings: 7.30am-8.45am

Cost: £6.50 per child

You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been completed.

You have the option to either pay the full amount or part of the total with childcare vouchers. Select yes to the question below and only put the amount you intend to pay by voucher anything remaining will be charged on the next page.

Payment needs to be made before your child attends otherwise the club may refuse to take your child on the day.
