Perfect for Thursday early release days! We pick up students from their middle school and provide an engaging afternoon of ceramic art.

• Student pick-up: 1:15 PM from Whatcom, Shuksan, or Kulshan Middle Schools

• Parent pick-up: 5:30-5:45 PM at 2215 D Street, Bellingham

🚐 Transportation: YES - We pick up from middle schools and transport to studio

Dear Students and Families,

Welcome to Gabriel's Art Kids Ceramic & Sculpture Program! We're excited to have you join us. To ensure everyone has the best possible experience, please review these expectations and conditions together.

Studio Expectations

During Class – Follow A.R.T.

Aim to do what is right: Follow instructions, stay in assigned work area, use clay and tools appropriately
Respect: Be kind to others, use caring words, respect materials and artwork
Try your best: Embrace challenges and keep practicing with new techniques

Safety and Clean-up

Walk at all times in the studio
Use ceramic tools safely and as instructed
Keep clay and water off the floor to prevent slips
Report any spills or accidents immediately
Clean workspace and return materials properly
Never share food or drinks (due to allergies)
Wear appropriate clothing that can get messy

Program Conditions and Disclaimers

Pick-up and Drop-off

Thursday Early Release Program: GAK provides transportation from middle schools to the studio. Parents pick up at 5:30-5:45 PM at the D Street Studio. (Separate transportation authorization required - (if applicable.)

Enrollment Conditions

Refund Policy: No refunds after class series starts. Cancellations 7+ days before first class are eligible for 50% refund.
Behavior Policy: We reserve the right to dismiss any student who poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the class, without refund.
Health & Safety: Parents must disclose relevant medical/behavioral issues. We may decline enrollment if unable to provide adequate care.
Property: Parents are responsible for damage from reckless behavior. Please don't bring valuables; we're not responsible for lost items.
Pick-up: Prompt pickup required at end of class. Only authorized persons may pick up students.
Artwork: Ceramic pieces require firing time. Finished work will be available for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after completion.
Class Minimums: Classes require minimum enrollment to run. If minimums are not met, we will offer alternative dates or full refunds.
Electronics: No cell phones or electronic devices during class time.

Requirements: Provide pay stubs or tax returns for income verification.
