    There is no parking at Woodstock Farm. Access is by our Spooky Van shuttle from Fairhaven Park, 107 Chuckanut Dr N, and it is included in your ticket.

    Booster seats are required for ages 4 to 8. Please tell us at registration if you need one.

  • Important Time Slot Information

    The "Spooky Van" shuttle service operates on a strict schedule. If you miss your assigned time, it may delay your entry into Spooktacular and entry will be dependent on availability during other time slots.

    Consent and Acknowledgment

    By clicking the submit button, I agree to the following:

    1. I understand that missed shuttles may result in being denied entry without refund.
    2. I acknowledge that Spooktacular includes scary elements and is not suitable for children under 4.
    3. I understand and accept the risks associated with participating in this event.
    4. I agree to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by the event staff.
    5. I confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete.
    6. I agree to the terms and conditions of the event, including the cancellation policy and photo policy outlined below.
    7. Spooktacular does not provide childcare or allow drop-offs, children must remain under supervision of the adult they are attending with.

    Cancellation Policy

    • ❌ All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
      👻 No-show policy: Failure to attend at your designated time slot forfeits your ticket without recourse.
      🎟️ Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person, but you must inform event organizers in advance.
      💯 In case of event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be provided.

    Photo Policy

    Photos of the event may be taken while you are on site, and used online for social media, websites, and promotional materials.

    Your safety and comfort is important to us.

    If you do not consent to photos being taken/shared, it is your responsibility to communicate this when you check in, and you will receive a color coded wrist band identifiable to our photo team.

    In the event the wrist band was not visible or removed, purchase of a ticket is an agreement to waive any liability or harm accidental sharing may cause.

    Scholarship Tickets

    If the price of admission is inaccessible for you, please reach out to stella@gabrielsartkids.com. We have limited income-based scholarship tickets available at a reduced cost. We also offer tickets in exchange for volunteering for Spooktacular - to find out more please see our volunteer page.
