    *100% Jackpot Payouts in ALL events.

    *No Division Changes after the start of the first event on Saturday.

    *Once show starts, no refunds without medical or veterinary certificate.

    *Set Up Entries can be completed on site or by mailing in the hard copy set up entry form (no jot form for set ups). Set ups will start at 3:00 pm on Friday October 9th

  • For riders that enter all 13 events as Regular - the ride cost will be $140.00

    If a rider chooses to enter only a select few events, Regular will be $15 per event and Time Only will be $4.00 per event.

    Jackpot will be offered on all 13 events - $5 for each jackpot event entered.

    Regular = compete for day awards (ribbon and placing buttons), have times posted to state and are elibile for overall high point.

    Time Only = Times are posted to State office. Not elligible for day awards or overall high point.

    ** Entries must be postmarked/submitted via jot form and paid for in full by 10/01/2026. After 10/01/2025 all riders must enter on site at the show and there will be a $25 on site processing fee applied. ***

  • Lead Line riders will pay a flat ride fee of $55 for all 8 lead line events.

    Dry Camping is offered at $20 per rig/dwelling for the full weekend.

    Portable panels are encouraged and there is no additional fee for bringing in portable panels. 

    Stalls

    Single stalls are available as well as limited large pens that can hold multiple horses. These large pens can be divided to separate horses. Panels are not provided. The cost to utilize on site stalls is $30.00 per horse

  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  The California Gymkhana Association and co-sponsoring organization, if any, will not be responsible for any accident that may occur to be caused by any equine competing at this show or for any article of any kind or nature that may be lost or destroyed or in any way damaged.   Each competitor will be responsible for any injury that may be occasioned to any person or animal or damage to any property while on the grounds by any equine owned, or in his custody, control and shall indemnify and hold harmless the California Gymkhana Association, it's officials and directors individually and collectively and co-sponsoring organization, clubs and arena owners, if any, from and against all charges and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever arising out of or which may be incurred by reason of any accident, injury, or damage to person or property caused by the ownership, competition or custody or control of any animal competition,  In signing this release, please bear in mind that gymkhana is a contest of speed, that there is a certain element of danger involved and that you will be riding at your own risk.
