By signing this application, you agree to abide by the rules of the event set forth by Southern Arts and Events LLC and Westchase Town Center, management, its directors, family members, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any responsibilities, or claim to injuries suffered by vendor participants, family members and guests, travel to the place of the event, during the event, and travel from the event, personal property damages and/or items lost or stolen before, during and after the event held on the date you have agreed to participate.
