Rental Agreement:

Full Payment is due at the time of rental unless other arrangements have been made. 

TWO WEEKS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR REFUND.

A CREIDT/DEBIT CARD WILL BE RETAINED ON FILE WITHIN OUR ENCRYPTED SOFTWARE ON ALL RENTALS INCLUDING THOSE FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.  SAID CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF ADDITTIONAL CLEANING IS REQUIRED AFTER THE RENTAL PERIOD AND OR THE FACILITY HAS SUFFERED ANY DAMAGES/LOSSES. 

My signature below constitutes my knowledge, understanding and full agreement to the following:

I, signer, consnet to have my credit/debit card charged and agree to the fee as outlined above for the reservation of the facility requested. I, signer agree to leave the SVRA property clean.  I, signer, also assume all repsonsibility for any damages and or lost or stolen property and will be held financially responsible for the same.  As such, I understand that my credit/debit card will be kept on file. 

** For all reservations requiring keyed entry, i.e. the Banquet Hall & or Barn, please arrange for the keys to be picked up at the Association Office located at 1800 Cedar Creek Drive - Garden Level between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Keys will be available within 24 hours of your event.  Should your event fall on a weekend day, please arrive by Friday at 4:00pm.

All keys must be returned at the conclusion of your event via the black drop box located outside of the Association's office door.
