5 simple steps to get started.

NOTE: Please email ASHI Headquarters if you are gifting 6 or more ASHI memberships and if you have any questions about how to gift an ASHI membership.

How it works:

1) Confirm the ASHI membership type* for your recipient(s) and if they are eligible for membership discounts before your purchase the gift card. Key details about this step and verifying membership status can be found at the bottom of the form.

2) Complete this form.

3) Check your email for your receipt and for a certificate that you can give to your recipient(s).

4) Present the certificate to share the gift of an ASHI membership with your recipient(s)!

5) Your gift recipient(s) will follow the instructions on the certificate to redeem their ASHI membership gift.

Membership details:

Memberships follow a calendar year (January 1 to December 31). You can gift a membership only to new members or to those whose memberships have lapsed or are about to lapse. Gift memberships for current members become available starting September 1, when the renewal period opens. Those with a membership ending on December 31 can be gifted after that date.

Please note that Full Doctoral and Full Non-Doctoral Members can only renew as full members and are not eligible to become Allied Health Professionals and Trainees members of the Society. View ASHI Bylaws here or email ASHI Headquarters if you have any questions.
