  • A twilight carnival with rides and showbags on Saturday, 27th September from 5pm - 9pm.  This time slot is suitable for showbag operators and limited food trucks on Sideshow Alley.

    Show Day is on Sunday, 28th September from 10am - 10pm, where approximately 5000 patrons will attend.  The Central Hub includes both pay-as-you-go and free entertainment for families on the opposite site of the Sideshow Alley.  

    Fireworks are at 8.30pm on Sunday night.

    SATURDAY & SUNDAY

    SIDESHOW ALLEY - Saturday night & Sunday

    Showbags (per truck) = $660 inc GST (includes waste removal)

    Food Trucks & Coffee Van (per truck) = $330 incl GST

    TRADERS ALLEY

    Commercial Traders = $220 

    SUNDAY ONLY

    CENTRAL HUB - Sunday only

    Food Trucks & Coffee Van = $220 incl GST

    Alcohol Vendors = $110 incl GST

    THE SHED MARKET - The Cattle Shed (20 sites)

    Indoor sites Market/Hobbyists Stallholders (3m x 3m) = $55 incl GST

    ** FIRST IN BEST DRESSED BASIS - Once sites are exhausted, we will offer outdoor sites.

    Outdoor Market For Hobbyists (3m x 3m) = $55 inc GST

    Community, Service Clubs & Associations (3m x 3m) = $33 incl GST
