There are no refunds except upon the instructors' cancellation of the class. If the instructors cancel the class, there will be a 100% refund.

I may transfer my registration to another training with one of the instructors within 12 months of the original training date, with approval and by paying a $75.00 transfer fee. 

If I fail to transfer to another training within the 12-month period, I understand that I will not receive any refund for any monies paid.

I understand the course will be confirmed 14 days before the training date. If I make any plans prior to course confirmation, and the training is canceled, the instructors are not responsible for any expenses incurred.

In the event of inclement weather, technical issues, or other circumstances that make it impossible to hold the training, a make-up date will be scheduled. The instructors are not responsible for any expenses incurred. 

Training terms and conditions: By checking below and by submitting this form, I agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the training: 

I understand that the instructors may take pictures or video of the training that includes me. I know that these pictures or videos may be used online or in print by the instructors or New Horizons for promotional purposes. 

I understand that quotes from my training evaluation may be used online or in print by Laura Nance or New Horizons for promotional purposes. 

I understand that I may not record (audio or visual) the training workshop. I may not photograph the PowerPoint slides, training materials, certificate of completion, or any other intellectual property belonging to the instructors or New Horizons.

I understand that I may take photographs during the training only with the express consent of the instructors and the other participants in the workshop.

I understand that I may not post any of the photographs on social media or email them without the express permission of the instructors and the other participants in the workshop. 

I understand that none of the photographs may be used for advertising purposes, nor sold or distributed to any other party.

I understand that I must attend and participate in all portions and days of the training. If I miss any portions of the training, I will not receive a certification of training or contact hours.

I understand I must be 18 years old to attend the training. 

Investment

$695.00 This includes your training, lifetime access to the student portal, and further guidance from New Horizons.

A deposit of $250.00 is due with registration. An invoice for the balance will be sent by Julianne Curtis of NOCO Doula Collective.
