  • ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, August 10, 2026. Entries received after August 10th may be accepted with a late fee, at the discretion of the Games Committee. 

    PLEASE NOTE: To complete an online entry, you will be required to submit a credit or debit card payment using PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to complete a registration.

    If you are registering for the Caitlin's Jig Choreopgraphed Duet, please note:

    Entry fee is per entry (not per dancer). Please have only 1 dancer, per event, select that entry. That dancer will be contacted to confirm their dance partner's information. To be eligible to participate in the Caitlin's Jig special event, you and your dance partner must also be registered to compete in the regular competition.

    Please read the competition information sheet and all waivers carefully BEFORE filling out this registration form. By registering you AGREE to all terms, conditions and waivers (no need to bring signed copies).

      I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims I may have for damages against the Ottawa Highland Dancing Association and against Renee Stewart, the City of Arnprior, their respective directors, agents and representatives, for any injuries that may be suffered by me or my child(ren) while on the premises during the event.
