To Sign Up For The Off Season CSA Select The Box For Which You Are Interested In Below. You Will Make The Initial Payment On This Form Via Credit/Debit OR Apple/Google Pay. A Payment Is Due At Each Pickup To Stay Paid One Month Ahead For Each Box, Resulting In No Payment At The Final Pickup In April. New Customers Will Be Given The Farm Address For Pickups Once Signed Up. Our General Location Is In Clinton Beaver County, Approx 5 Miles From Raccon Creek State Park. You Will Recieve A Courtesy Pickup Reminder 1 Week Prior And Then Again 1 Day Prior To Each Pickup Date. This Is A Six Month Service And By Signing Up You Agree To Meet Financial Obligations For All 6 Boxes.
