Terms & Agreement
Vendor space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order in which registration is received. Monterey Tequila Festival (MTF) has the right to rearrange vendor areas for the betterment of the event.
Canceling Vendor Space – If cancellation is received two weeks out of our events, Vendor will not receive refund, but will receive credit for following event year.
Space and Personnel – Vendors must handle their space in a professional manner. Vendor space must be staffed at all times. Maximum number of vendor staff is 2.
Staff/Tickets: You receive 2 Vendor staff complimentary tickets and 2 additional complimentary event tickets.
Payment – Payment is due with this Registration.
Check-in hours at the Hyatt begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18th. Must be set up by 3pm. Please no staples, tacks, nails, paint, glitter or confetti to be used for decoration. Regular banners and retractables are okay.
Takedown - We ask all vendors wait until minimum 8:00 p.m., to begin takedown of vendor area. Mercadito Vendors are allowed to start selling at 3pm. and stay until 9:00 p.m. to gain foot traffic once event concludes at 8:00 p.m.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless – MTF, Vendors, and Venue: Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa each agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, its officers, directors, employees, owners, related entities and agents from and against all losses, damages, claims, actions or causes of actions, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys fee, and costs and expenses arising from the defense of any claim, action, or cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from the performance or failure to perform by the other party of its obligations hereunder. MTF, Vendors, Venue: Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa each agree that this indemnification will not apply to the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
