We prefer you pay the driver directly.
This authorization will be returned to your account automatically in about 30 days.
We do not save anyone's credit card information.
Once Vermont Shuttle confirms your reservation by email, we commit to providing your scheduled transportation.
We will charge your card the entire amount if you have not called us to cancel a minimum of 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time and you don't show up.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup incur no fee. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the confirmed fare. If the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location and the passenger does not appear for the scheduled pickup, 100% of the confirmed fare is charged.
